Frida Kahlo (6 July 1907 – 13 July 1954) is a Mexican painter known for her portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by Mexican artifacts and natural landscapes.
She is an inspiration and served as a role model for generations of artists, those with disabilities and bisexual women. She is a Mexican woman who had multiple disabilities including polio and spinal and pelvis damage sustained from a car accident. Her works and her life continue to be legendary.
